Sunset Watch Villa, in our humble opinion, represents the best of the
Caribbean. Our Virgin Gorda vacation villa rests on a secluded and
picturesque beach. The sunsets and views change every minute of every day
and are never dull. This BVI home offers Wi-Fi, iPads, gourmet kitchens,
pools, and most importantly, romance, privacy and seclusion.
The owners of Sunset Watch truly want to share this island paradise. So to
sample "Nature's Little Secret", here's our simple rental and
reservation policies.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of making
the reservation for Summer (April
16th to Dec 14th), Winter (Jan 5 to 14 April) and Christmas (Dec. 15 to Jan.
4). The balance will be due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. During
the Christmas reservation period it is due no later than October 1st. In the
event you make a reservation after October 1st for the upcoming Christmas
reservation period, full payment is required at the time of your
reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes for bookings and cancellations must be
received in writing: by fax, email or regular mail. A 20% cancellation fee
(On the TOTAL RENT, which includes all applicable taxes and service charges)
will be charged on ALL cancellations occurring 61DAYS or MORE prior to
arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation made
46-60 DAYS prior to arrival date. If your cancellation is received within 45
DAYS of your arrival date, there will be NO REFUND. There will be no refund
granted for late arrivals or premature departures. For Christmas period
bookings please cancel on or before October 1. We highly recommend travel
insurance. 7% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge will be added on top of
the accommodation rate.
We completely sympathize with extenuating and extraordinary events beyond
your control. We reserve the right to grant a discount on future bookings
for late arrivals and premature departures based upon our evaluation of the
circumstances.
